William Williams was born in Luzerne Co, PA to Thomas Williams and Eve Engler. Family moved to Putnam Co, OH in 1832. In 1840 William started working on the Ferry across the Wapsipinicon river at Massillon, IA. Soon the rest of Williams Family moved to Massillon Twp, IA. William bought 500 acre in Massillon Twp, Cedar Co, IA and Thomas bought property in Section 13 Dayton Twp, Cedar Co, IA, then in 1883 emigrated to Bostwick, Nuckolls Co, NE.

10. "William William Williams" (Eve2 Engler, John1) was born in Newport Township, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania 3 August 1818. He is called William W. Williams in his mother's estate papers and he signed his name William William Williams when he witnessed the 5 May 1857 deed by which his mother sold her interest in her father's estate to her brother Mathias Engler.
He married Caroline Carpenter 13 August 1846 in Springfield Township, Cedar County, Iowa. They were married at her father's home by Ambrose Shirley, J. P.

Caroline (RIN-062) was born ca 1830 in Indiana. She was the daughter of John Carpenter. Caroline died 2 March 1849 in Massillon, Cedar County, Iowa. She was interred in the cemetery at Church Upon a Hill, Massillon, Cedar County, Iowa.

He married Barbara Sloper 6 August 1849. Barbara (RIN-031) was born 1 July 1813 in Fox Island, Maine. She was the daughter of Samuel Sloper and Hulda Cooper. She married Thompson Pickins 1832. She married William Craig 1836. . Barbara died July 1899 in Bostwick, Nuckolls County, Nebraska. She was interred in Bostwick, Nuckolls County, Nebraska.

William died October 1899 in Massillon, Cedar County, Iowa. He was interred circa 28 October 1899 in Bostwick, Nuckolls County, Nebraska.

Family Records of George Edward Williams in Salt Lake City, Utah - Our records only have William M. Williams - David Lear was able to research the Pennsylvania records and he found records that had William William Williams - need to verify
