abbreviation question

The marriage record for Thomas Floyd Reese and Mary M Ryan indicates they married at "Pres. Manse, Alta, Buena Vista, IA." I am trying to discover what or where "Pres. Mans," is. I didn't find it as a historical place or building. Please help me out if you can. Thx
