Eva Hammilton Grinnell

I am a Grinnell relative and have been searching for a long time looking for the Hamilton family.
Tonight I found a Eva Hamilton born in Illinois and she married EE Grinnell 9-30-1866. In the 1850's she is living at Lester Center, Lester Two, Dunkerton, Iowa. She is neighbor or Henry Owen and Eva's son John married Henry's daughter Rose when they get older. There is a Estell D Lansing Hamilton across the road, are they sisters? And who is Frank Hamilton and who are Eva's parents.
I am know living in KC, MO so can't get info like I did when working at BHC treasure office for 30 years. Appreciate anything that you can give me. Film 1034274 ref 2:2BDKDQX may helpzg
