Hello Brenda, I would like to connect with you concerning the Boehm family. Our information does not all match, but enough is similar that I think we should talk. My mother is Eva Snyder, whose mother was Emma Boehm Snyder. Her father was George Frederick Boehm, born in Braunsbach, Germany April of 1851 and Immigrated through New York on 10 June 1868. He settled in Buffalo Center Iowa, and my mother was born in Buffalo Center. He was married in Wisconsin to 1st Rosina Beck and 2nd Sedonia Wolfram. George had five young daughters when he lost his first wife Rosa at the age of almost 44. I am so hoping that you have photos that I may be able to identify. Maybe we can help each other. My great grandmother died in Parkersburg, and is buried in Beaver, Grundy, Iowa. Let’s explore our connection please. I have so many family photos and stories and know the family in Germany!
