An ancestor, Nettie Rutherford, married Robert Speirs Hardie in Boone, Iowa, in June 1907. They seem to have divorced by 1915, since he is listed as divorced in the 1915 Iowa State Census; I don't know the details. I've been unable to find an obituary for him, though I know that he died 1 Jan 1916.
