Good morning Sue, you might want to review some genealogy posting guidelines. You have no circa birth years or nativities for any of the folks you name in the post. Might also clarify the post. The 1880 household you describe is in Morgan county Il, not Concord. 9 y/o Charles Bingham is enumerated as born Il. with Me. & Il. parental nativities. The 1910 Charlie Bingham household in Sheridan co, Wy. indicates he was born Ia. with Mo. parental nativities. We can't help until we're sure who we're looking for. Dick
