Married

Miss Hilmer E. Herrick went out
to Wilber, Neb. over a week ago returning
Tuesday morning not as
Miss but as Mrs. C. E. Erb for as it
has since developed she was united
to Mr. Erb at that town on Thursday
April 23rd. Erb was noted here
a year ago as a great ball player
and here the first sparks of love
generated and spread into a flame
which we sincerely hope will burn
brighter and brighter so long as
life may last. Mrs. Erb was born
in Exira and for several months
has assisted in the post office, making
a very efficient assistant. Mr.
Erb's home is at Littlestown, Pa.
but we understand he is with a ball
team again this season and that
she will accompany him in his peregrinations.

Note: Parents of Hilmer E. Herrick were Urbane Herrick and Keziah Melvina Smith.
