There is a Christena/Christiana E. Douglass who married a C. A. Strange on December 3, 1874 in Bedford, Taylor County, Iowa (next county to Adams). This Christena E. Strange died on September 9, 1878 and is buried in Taylor County. Gravestone says age 22 years, 7 months, 1 day; This would make her born about February 8, 1856;
