The John and Minnie Martin farm was located near Exira. The house was built about 1913 and is located at 3021 Pheasant Way, Exira, just north of Littlefield Park. It was remodeled in recent years after sitting empty for a long time. John William "Boone" Martin (1865-1952) and Minnie Marie Littlefield (1873-1957) had 3 children: Sarah Elizabeth, Cecil Gladwyn and Basil Kenneth.
