Second Lieut. Robert H. Williams, son of Mr. and Mrs. Harry O. Williams, recently was graduated from an army air corps institute of tropical meteorology course at the University of Puerto Rico, San Juan, P. R.
Lieut. Williams is a graduate of Blencoe high school and attended Iowa State college at Ames. Before arriving in Puerto Rico, he studied meteorology at the University of Chicago,
