IN UNIFORM
William Hayden Wallace, water-tender second class, son of Mr. and Mrs. F.M. Wallace, 915 Jackson Street, will report to Boston after spending a 30-day leave with his parents. He was aboard the battleship Nevada, is the wearer of Pacific and Atlantic ribbons with five stars, served in the Aleutians, in campaigns including Normandy, northern France, Okinawa and Iwo Jima.
