MEN and WOMEN in SERVICE.
Private John Sponder, son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Sponder, 2500 Shields Avenue, is home on furlough from Camp Barkeley, Texas. Sergeant Steve Sponder, a brother, is home on furlough from Camp Chaffee, Arkansas. There are two other brothers in the armed forces, Private Charles Sponder at Camp Barkeley, Texas and Private Leo Sponder, in Africa.
