Luverne Woodrow Snyder was born Nov. 3, 1912 to John Edward and Cora Jane Kepler Snyder. He died Mar. 25, 1992 and is buried in Mount Vernon Memorial Cemetery, Sacramento, CA.
Luverne served in the U.S. Navy during World War II aboard the submarine tender, U.S.S. Orion (AS-18).
