IN UNIFORM.
Ensign Jack Smith, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Smith, who are living temporarily in Portland, Ore., was graduated recently from the naval air training base at Corpus Christi, Tex., and commissioned in the United States naval reserve. He received his preliminary flight instruction at the Olathe, Kan., naval air base. He was graduated at the Leeds high school in 1941.
