Robert Richard Rice was born Jan. 1, 1919 to John Joseph and Mary Louise Spence Rice. He died July 23, 1945 and is buried in Fort Snelling National Cemetery, Minneapolis, MN.
Sgt. Rice served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II as part of the 32nd Troop Carrier Squadron.
