Men And Women In Service
Two sons of Mrs. H. Monroe, 1616 Ross Street, have received promotions, John Everett (Jack) Monroe, who is serving in England, has been made a first lieutenant. William Lloyd (Bill) Monroe, stationed at Memphis, Tennessee with an aviation cadet training corps, has been commissioned a second lieutenant.
