Thomas Haynes Marnette was born July 11, 1909 to G. J. and Myrtle Marnette. He died Apr. 7, 1943 and is buried in North Africa American Cemetery, Tunis, Tunisia.
Lt. Marnette served in World War II with the 168th Infantry Regiment, 34th Infantry Division and was KIA in Tunisia and awarded the Purple Heart.
