Arrives Overseas
Mr. and Mrs. William Murray, 2510 Palmetto Street, have received a cablegram from their son, Sergeant William Murray, saying that he has arrived safely “somewhere in Europe.” The soldier was promoted to the rank of technical sergeant four months after his enlistment last February in the army medical corps. He was a premedical student at Morningside College.

William M. Murray, 22, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Murray, 2510 S. Palmetto Street, has been commissioned a second lieutenant at medical administrative corps officer candidate school graduation ceremonies at the medical replacement training center, Camp Barkeley, Texas.
