Men in Service.
Sergeant William J. Meskel, a member of the army signal corps, has arrived in North Africa, according to word received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Joseph J. Meskel, 217 S. College Street. Private Joseph C. Meskel, a brother, is stationed with a medical detachment at Vancouver, Washington.
