Charles Philip Hartman was born May 18, 1914. He died Sept. 9, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.
Pvt. Hartman served in World War II with the U.S. Army Infantry and was MIA/FOD/KIA after an enemy counter attack in France. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.
