Donald William Hutchison was born Sept. 9, 1918 to Herman Eldon and Rose Marie Oberkamper Hutchison. He died June 11, 1994 and is buried in Jefferson Cemetery, Jefferson, IA.
Sgt. Hutchison served in World War II and Korea with the U.S. Army as a Medic . He was awarded the Purple Heart, Silver Star and Medal of Honor.
