Don Elwood Coulter was born Aug. 15, 1920 to Roy William and Delia Mae Lundell Coulter. He died Apr. 11, 2015 and is buried in Graceland Cemetery, Webster City, IA.
Pvt. Coulter served in World War II with the Combat Infantry in Eastern France moving north to Bastogne (Battle of the Bulge), crossing the Rhine River and meeting the Russians near Berlin.
