Phillip Edward Connell was born Nov. 3, 1916 to Charles John and Margaret Morgan Connell. He died Feb. 15, 2009 and is buried in Greenwood Cemetery, Cedar Falls, IA.
Phillip served with the U.S. Navy in World War II at the Office of Naval Intelligence, Navy Dept., Washington, D. C., U.S. Naval Air Station, Glenview, Ill. and U.S. Naval Air Station, Norman, Okla.
