Lowell Dean Chally was born Oct. 11, 1917 to Isaac Leonard and Daisy Alice Milburn Chally. He died Jan. 8, 1996 and is buried in Grandview Cemetery, La Grande, OR.

Lowell served with the U.S. Navy Seabees in World War II.
