Richard Taylor Caine was born May 22, 1919 to Alfred B. and Anna K. Taylor Caine. He died Mar. 24, 1980 and is buried in Monett IOOF Cemetery, Monett, MO.
Pvt. Caine served in World War II with the U.S. Army Medical Corps, serving on a hospital ship bringing wounded from the European war theater back to the states.
