Kenneth Paul Burns was born Oct. 2, 1916 to Robert Thomas and Blanche Pauline Diehl Burns. He died Sept. 30, 2006 and is buried in Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, VA.
Col. Burns served in World War II with the U.S. Army 63rd and 84th Infantry Divisions.
