Hoover Bell was born Aug. 17, 1918 to Herbert Roy “Bert” and Grace Susan Morgan Bell. He died Dec. 13, 1972 and is buried in Barrancas National Cemetery, Pensacola, FL.
Capt. Bell served with the U.S. Army in World War II and Korea.
