Technical Sergeant M. R. Booker, 1309 24th street, who recently returned after a visit with his son, Private Jack Booker, at Camp Grant, Illinois has left for Starkville, Miss., where he will enroll in the officers’ candidate school. Mrs. Bonnie Booker, wife of Jack Booker, is residing at 1600 W. Second Street

Milton R. Booker, whose wife lives at 1309 24th street, has been commissioned a second lieutenant in the army, on graduation from the transportation corps officer candidate school at Mississippi State College. He has been ordered to active duty.
