George Albert Blaess was born May 18, 1912 to Michael G. and Anna Constance Anderson Blaess. He died Dec. 30, 1980 and is buried in Ames Municipal Cemetery, Ames, IA.
Pvt. Blaess served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
