Harold Norman Arthur was born Nov. 17, 1921 to Olai Ingemann and Clara Rasmussen Arthur. He died May 28, 2009 and is buried in Beaver Creek Lutheran Cemetery, Lake Mills, IA.
Harold served in the U.S. Coast Guard in World War II aboard the USS Richardson.
