Forrest Eugene Annas was born Aug. 19, 1923 to Harry Forrest and Ethel Elizabeth Buzick Annas. He died Aug. 13, 1989 and is buried in Haynie Chapel Cemetery, Garfield, TX.
Senior Chief Annas served with the U.S. Navy in World War II, Korea and Vietnam. In World War II he served aboard the USS Turkey (AM-13).
