Eugene Arnold Anfinson was born July 20, 1920 to Bernard J. and Minerva Sheldahl Anfinson. He died Jan. 27, 2007 and is buried in Highland Cemetery, Eddyville, IA.
Sgt. Anfinson served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II in the Pacific Theatre.
