Wilbur C. “Bill” Alleman was born Oct. 17, 1919 to Benjamin F. and Ida Caroline Lehmann Alleman. He died Jan. 28, 1970 and is buried in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, Monroe, LA.
Ens. Alleman served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
