Pvt. Norton Spayde is stationed at the cavalry replacement training center at Fort Riley, Kan., in troop H, Second regiment. Pvt. Spayde was a copyreader for The Journal-Tribune before joining the army.

IN UNIFORM.
Pvt. Norton Spayde, troop N. first regiment, C. R. T. C., Fort Riley, Kan., arrived Monday on a 10-day furlough to be spent with his family at 2202 Grandview boulevard. Pvt. Spayde was a copyreader on The Journal-Tribune when he went into the service, and at Fort Riley he is editor of the Fourth squadron official organ, the Specialist.
