Technical Sergeant Morris R. Hamilton has received a commission as second lieutenant in the Coast Artillery Corps, Lieut. Col. C. D. Hindle, public relations officer for the corps, announced. The newly commissioned officer was graduated from the officer’s candidate course of the coast artillery school October 3. His home here is at 1711 Jones street.
