Pvt. Robert Gunners, First Reported as Missing, Is in Hospital
Pvt. Robert L. Gunners, who was reported missing in action in Belgium, December 19, 1944, has “returned to military control” and has been hospitalized, according to a telegram from the War Department received by his mother, Mrs. Clara Gunners, 1207 11th street.
Pvt. Gunners was serving with the parachute infantry at the time that he was reported missing in action. Mrs. Gunners has received no other information concerning her son.
