James F. Goff, 23, son of Mr. and Mrs. F. M. Goff, 3417 Fifth avenue, has received his navigator’s wings and a commission as lieutenant in the Army air forces at commencement exercises at the navigation school at Hondo, Tex. Active service with bomber forces on a battlefront is scheduled for Lieut. Goff.
