Maj. Walter W. Flynn, son of George H. Flynn, 1101 S. Cecelia street, is one of 51 officers of the corps of engineers to complete a week’s observation study of the management and operation of the army service forces training center, Camp Lee, Va. Maj. Flynn, accompanied by his wife, was in Sioux City this week on a delay en route to Fort Lewis, Wash., where he will be stationed. He returned last fall after more than three years service on the governor’s staff in the Panama Canal Zone.
