Davison Purple Heart Received
The Purple Heart awarded posthumously to Pfc. Glen V. Davison “for military merit and for wounds resulting in death Aug. 7, 1944,” in France, was received by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. B. Davison, 1519 Lafayette street. Private Davison served with the armored field artillery overseas for eight months prior to his death.
