NAMED CORPORAL
John E. Bonham, 1805 S. Clinton street, has been promoted to instrument corporal, according to word received here by his wife and his mother, Mrs. Nina Neste, 322 Helen street. Corporal Bonham received 13 weeks of basic training at Camp Wolters, Texas, and then was transferred to Fort Lewis, Washington. He is serving with a heavy artillery unit somewhere in Alaska.
