Charles Daniel Test was born June 11, 1918 to William M. and Zelda Brabham Test. He died Oct. 24, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Taguig City, Philippines.

Pvt. Test served in World War II with the U.S. Army 59th Coast Artillery and was MIA/KIA in the South China Seas and awarded the Purple Heart.
