Mrs. John Ralfs Trear Star Clipper MRS. JOHN RALFS died Wednesday night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Hans Hansen, in Oneida Township, where she had been visiting a few days. She was taken sick soon after going to the country of inflammation of the bowels. Deceased was one of the oldest settlers of Oneida township, but had lived in Traer the past fifteen years. The family came to Oneida in 1872 and lived there until Mr. Ralfs died in 1891. There are six living children, namely: Mrs. Hans Hansen and Theo Ralfs of Carroll township, Mrs. Hans Knoop of Oneida township, Herman in Alaska, Will in Pipestone county, Minn., Peter of Traer. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. tomorrow, services conducted at the Hans Hansen home by Rev. Christensen, burial in Glorfield cemetery. Margaretha is buried with her 2nd husband John Ralfs in Lot 49 of the Glorfield Cemetery, which is now named Oneida Cemetery,in Rural Oneida Township, Tama County, Iowa.
