Members
of the Washta High School class of 1939, along with their spouses, held
their 50-year reunion Saturday with a tour of the Washta building and a
social hour and supper afterwards at Danny's Steakhouse in Cherokee.
Present were (l-r), back row: Daker Volkert, Milo Noble, Henry
Albers, Cal Williams. Front row: Betty (DeWitt) Fullerton, Beulah
(Hunter) Dunkleburger and Wilma (McNabb) Johnson. Plans were discussed
