At the home of the bride’s parents in West Fork Township, Woodbury County, Iowa, on Wednesday, October 21, 1903, Rev. F.L. Moore of Akron, Iowa, officiating, occurred the wedding of Arba M. Beall, of Cavour, S.D. to Miss Mary J. Etter, of Climbing Hill.
Both of the contracting parties are well and favorably known throughout western Woodbury County. The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. R. Beall, of Sloan. He was born and raised here and is a graduate of the Sloan High School. He is a highly respected and popular young man of many good qualities. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry Etter, of West Fork Township, and is a young lady possessing many charms of person and character. She has always been popular among her associates in the vicinity of her home.
The young couple will begin house-keeping on the farm owned by the groom near Cavour, S.D., under the most favorable auspices and with the best wishes of a host of Woodbury County friends, among whom The Star and its editor wish to be numbered.
