Mrs. John Fagerlie, a Decorah native, died June 3 1978 in Portland, Ore. at the age of 82. Funeral services were held in Portland June 11.
The former Emma Iverson was born in Decorah to Mr. and Mrs. Tosten Iverson Hagen. She was confirmed as a member of First Lutheran Church in Decorah.
She is survived by one son, Robert Fagerlie of Renton, Wash., a daughter, Fern (Mrs. D.L. Rathbun) of Portland, Ore., five grandchildren, one brother, Fred Iverson of Decorah, and nephews and nieces.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and ten brothers.
