That the widow Elizabeth Phillips death at Wapello County Iowa Ottumwa Nov. 21, 1940; leaving her as her sole heirs at law the following to~wit.

Anna Lannigan 52 daughter at 928 Pershing Ave.Ottumwa

Henry Phillips 49 son of 928 Pershing Ottumwa

Riley Hudson 45 grandson of Buffalo, Iowa

The said Elizabeth Phillips deceased was the owner of the following real estate at the time of her death. Lot 107 of Leighton and Bernister 3rd add; known as 457 So. Willard St.

On Jan. 16, 1941 this property was sold to pay debts
