Mr. and Mrs. Ron Bates of Albia are the parents of a daughter born October 11 at the Monroe County Hospital. She weighed 7 1/2 pounds and has been named Stacy Lynn.

Grandparents are Mrs. Clarice Grey of Bloomfield and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Bates of Albia. Great-grandmother is Mrs. Pearl Polson of Albia.
