Mr. and Mrs. John Henry "Arky" MCWILLIAMS will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2 to 4 p.m. Saturday at Trinity Church of the Nazarene, 2208 N. Court.

John MCWILLIAMS and Anna BISHOP were married Sept. 27, 1937, in Bosworth, Mo.

Hosting the event will be their children, Penny of Redwood City, Calif., Jennie of Beaumont, Texas, Bonnie of Cinton, John Jr. of Fredericksburg, Va., William of Lake Ozark, Mo., Lilly and Charles of Ottumwa. The couple also has 12 grandchildren and four great-grandsons.

He is retired from John Morrell & Co.

She is a homemaker.

The couple request no gifts.
