Hobbies/Interests: Kelly was a volunteer with the Harlan Fire Department from 1962, serving as a board member from 1968 to 1972. With his wife, Barb, Kelly enjoyed their annual trips to Table Rock Lake in Missouri; both enjoyed traveling and wintering in Arizona; cherished time spent with family and friends. He enjoyed taking his Harley on road trips, poker runs, camping trips and rallies.
