JOINT WILL PROBATED

Husband and Wife Both Dead-Instrument
Filed but Once.

Davenport, March 30-The joint will of Heinrich and Antje Claussen was filed for probate with H. J. McFarland, the county clerk, yesterday morning and the peculiarity of the incident is that husband and wife died within a few weeks of each other and the will is filed for probate for the both of them.

The will provides that the surviving wife or husband shall have a life estate in all the property both that both passed away this clause of the will is now void. The will then provides that the property shall be divided equally among the seven children.
